I worked in a group that had been formed by combining three formerly independent groups, and my manager was looking for ways to improve communication between them. I suggested an approach (which was successfully adopted), which I illustrated and presented using these visuals.

Computing bottleneck analysis

During periods of peak loads, some UNIX servers were experiencing unusual errors. I gathered data and applied queuing theory to analyze the problem and presented suggestions to relieve it.
